Account Registration & Management

An active personal account is required to use services on the joi9 platform. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• Members must be 21 years of age or older.
• Each member may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and all associated accounts will be closed.
• The name, address, and payment method details provided during registration must all belong to the same person.
• Opening an account on behalf of another person or in the name of any organisation is not permitted.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, notify the joi9 support team immediately. joi9 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.

2.3 Account Verification

joi9 may request a government-issued ID or other documents at any time for identity verification. If a member fails to provide the required documents in a timely manner, the account may be temporarily suspended. The account will be reactivated once verification is complete.

2.4 Account Closure

A member may close their account at any time by contacting joi9 support. joi9 also reserves the right to close an account for the following reasons:

• Suspected breach of terms or fraud.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false information.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to manipulate the system.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

joi9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. General bonus policies are outlined below.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳6,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• There may be a time limit for completing wagering requirements, which will be stated on the relevant offer page.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If a member abuses the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or manipulating betting patterns — joi9 reserves the right to cancel that account's bonuses and close the account.

4.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, joi9 may offer cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP benefit-related promotions. These offers have separate terms and conditions, which are published on their respective pages. joi9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

joi9 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. Every member must behave honestly and respectfully towards others.

6.1 List of Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Strategically manipulating the bonus or promotion system.
• Playing games with the help of software bots or automated tools.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Threatening or disrespectful behaviour towards other members or staff.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software.

6.2 Consequences

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, joi9 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, cancel all bonuses and winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

joi9 always strives to provide an uninterrupted and secure service. However, in certain circumstances, service disruptions may occur due to reasons beyond the platform's control.

8.1 Service Availability

joi9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service for technical maintenance, system upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. Your account balance will remain safe during such situations.

8.2 Liability for Losses

To the extent permitted by applicable law, joi9 is not liable for:

• Disconnection from a game due to loss of internet connection.
• Failure of third-party software or payment systems.
• Losses arising from force majeure situations (war, natural disaster, pandemic).
• Losses caused by a member's own negligence or provision of incorrect information.

8.3 Third-Party Links

Where the joi9 platform includes games or services from third-party providers, their own terms and conditions will apply. joi9 is not responsible for the quality or availability of third-party services.

Responsible Gaming

joi9 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be entertaining — never a cause of financial stress or mental health issues.

10.1 Self-Control Tools

10.2 Protection of Minors

joi9 takes strict measures to protect minors. If we find evidence that a person under the age of 21 has created an account, that account will be closed immediately and all winnings and bonuses will be forfeited.

Changes to Terms and Termination

12.1 Changes to Terms

joi9 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify the member via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Language and Interpretation of Terms

These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version will be considered final.

12.3 Termination of Relationship

Even after membership or the agreement is terminated, the following provisions will remain in effect: intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, and clauses relating to dispute resolution.
